Do I need an appointment for detailing?
No appointment required. Come by for an exterior wash or detailing. Our team can help you choose the right service and explain the expected time and price.
Will my vehicle fit in the Granbury wash?
The Granbury tunnel has a maximum tire width of 14½ inches, a maximum vehicle width of 88 inches measured from the outside edge of tire to outside edge of tire, and a maximum clearance height of 7 feet. If you are unsure about fit, accessories or modifications, speak with a service advisor before entering the tunnel.
What does BrightPass include?
BrightPass is a monthly exterior wash membership for one registered vehicle. You can wash up to once per day. Interior cleaning and detailing are separate services.
Can I use my membership at both locations?
Yes. BrightPass can be used at Granbury and Fort Worth. When joining, choose the location where you expect to wash most often.
How do I manage or cancel my plan?
Use the same Member Portal to manage your BrightPass membership for Granbury or Fort Worth. Review your enrollment terms and account instructions for renewal dates and cancellation notice.
Does my membership renew automatically?
Yes. BrightPass renews monthly until canceled under your enrollment terms. You can review your plan and billing information through your Member Portal.
